Maya Couture delivers orders within South Africa.

Order processing

We aim to process and prepare orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

R85 delivery for orders below R1,500.
Free delivery for orders of R1,500 or more.

The delivery options and final charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout.

Delivery method

Orders are delivered by courier to the South African delivery address entered during checkout. Although Maya Couture may use a courier locker as a parcel drop-off point, customers do not need to select or collect from a locker unless this is specifically offered during checkout.

Please provide a complete street address, postal code and working contact number. Deliveries might require someone to be available to receive the parcel.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and do not include processing time.

Delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer. Courier delays caused by severe weather, road conditions, strikes, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery information is correct before placing an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at maya.couture23@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears to be delayed, contact us at maya.couture23@gmail.com so that we can assist with a courier enquiry.

Please report parcels that arrive visibly damaged as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the parcel and products.

Returns

Shipping charges and arrangements for returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights available to customers under South African consumer law.
